CID has been conducting an investigation on a burglury that occured sometime between late evening Oct. 7 and early morning Oct. 8 within Barracks 335 Room 221. Suspects stole a Macbook Pro Laptop computer belonging to a Marine from MACS-4 Det Bravo. | The seawall fitness path from the school and housing area to the IronWorks Gym Building 1010 is scheduled to be closed to the public until May 2012 due to a major repair project. The repair will be conducted in two phases. The IronWorks Gym to the Port Area Security Gate is scheduled to be closed from June 2012 to April 2013. The repairs are necessary to maintain the safety and serviceability of the fitness path. Community safety and security is paramount throughout the project duration. |

The northside mess hall, will be closed Feb. 19 due to a power outage. Station Motor Transportation will add a direct bus route to southside mess hall from the northside barracks area. This specially marked, “Special mess hall bus,” will stop every half hour from 8:45 a.m. - 12 p.m. and again from 2:45 - 5 p.m. This is an addition to the regular weekend bus schedule. |

To offer its beneficiaries more access to routine and acute care, Branch Health Clinic Iwakuni is adding a provider to the family practice clinic. This will increase the number of available appointments available to BHC Iwakuni beneficiaries on a daily basis. Because more routine and acute appointments will be available in family practice, the Urgent Care Clinic will no longer see patients for these types of care. This program is available to all library patrons within the Marine Corps community to include, active duty, dependents and retirees, for free via web-browser. The Consolidated Storage Program has transitioned from the consolidated issue facility model. All field protective mask issues and returns will take place at the CIFs or IIFs.
