History : Headquarters & Headquarters Squadron
 Welcome to the Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron Web site. H&HS was activated Nov. 30, 1965, to assume administrative responsibility over personnel assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan. Station personnel had previously been assigned to Marine Wing Service Group 17. Approximately 50 percent of the Marines in H&HS come from other units such as MAG-12, MWSS-171, and CLC-36 as part of the Fleet Assistance Program. |
