VMFA(AW)-121 arrives at MCAS Iwakuni 

Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 121 arrived here Mar. 14 from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., as part of the Unit Deployment Program.

Lt. Col. Michael D. Folgate commands the “Green Knights,” which consists of approximately 200 Marines and approximately 10 F/A-18D Hornet aircraft.

The Green Knights replaced Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 115, which returned to Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, S.C.

部隊交代（海兵第１２１全天候戦闘攻撃中隊到着）のお知らせ

岩国基地発表（２０１０年３月１６日）-

海兵第１２１全天候戦闘攻撃中隊が、部隊交代計画に基づきカリフォリニア州ミラマー航空基地から岩国に３月１４日到着した。

同中隊「グリーンナイツ」の指揮官はマイケル・D・フォルゲート中佐。約２００人の隊員とF/A-18 D型ホーネット戦闘攻撃機約10機で構成される。

同中隊は、サウスカロライナ州ビューフォート航空基地へ帰還した海兵第１１５戦闘攻撃中隊と交代した。
