RECYCLING CENTER

The mission of the Recycling Program aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, is to satisfy mandates promulgated by the commandant of the Marine Corps, Department of the Navy, and the federal government by implementing an effective waste reduction program and reducing a minimum of 30 percent of materials sent to landfills.

Location: The MCAS Miramar Recycling Center is located in Building 6310, at the East end of Miramar Court just beyond the MCX Gas Station.

Hours: The Recycling Center (Building 6310) is open Monday-Thursday: 0700-1600, and Fridays: 0700-1300. In addition, there is an after-hours Recycling Center Satellite Drop-off Site located at bldg. 6310.

Who: The Recycling Center is open to all tenant command and civilian personnel aboard MCAS Miramar.
