MCESG - Security Clearance  

MCESG CLEARANCE SUBMISSION PROCESS

Students on orders to MCESG must report to school with one of the three following security clearances or pending clearances below:

1.        Adjudicated Secret NACLC (National Agency Check Local Records Check) Marines having an adjudicated Secret (NACLC) will be initiated for an SSBI (Top Secret). Contact MCESG to start your TS clearance once you have been interviewed and found qualified.

2.        Adjudicated TS/SCI clearance (Top Secret or Sensitive Compartment Information)
Marines that have a TS/SCI clearance are “Good to Go.”

ALSO:

3.       Marines coming to MSG school WILL carry a printed hard copy of the SF-86 from E-QIP if they currently have a TS or your command has submitted for the TS on your behalf.

4.       Two (2) fingerprint cards

5.       Naturalization information (If Applicable)

6.       Foreign Passports (If Applicable)

Clearance submissions through E-QIP (Electronic Questionnaires for Investigation Processing) must be “Reviewed,” “Approved,” and then “Saved.”

NOTE: The investigation will not be scheduled by OPM until the Marine is in school.
