Eligibility:
Assistance is provided to active duty and retired service members, their spouses and minor children. Please present your ID card to the legal clerk upon checking in.
Services:
For power of attorney, notary, car registration tax waivers, bills of sale, or affidavits, come in Monday through Friday, 0800-1100.
The following services are provided by appointment only.
Adoption, Child Support, Consumer Problems, Contracts, Debt and Credit Problems, Deeds, Immigration Advice, Large Estate Planning, Lawsuit Advice, Living Wills, Name Changes, Probate Assistance, Separation Agreements, Spousal Support, Tax Assistance, Trusts, Wills.
Divorce advice is provided. The legal assistance clerk has an information sheet that may answer your questions.
