Marine Corps Detachment, Fort Leonard Wood, MO held a MCMAP Instructors Course from Nov 15th to Dec 8th in order to train new instructors for the Detachment. This course provided the instructors with the knowledge and skill sets needed to prepare Marines for hand to hand combat. The Marines participated in warrior and cultural study classes while attending the course to ensure their diversity in today’s society. After hours of combat conditioning and free-sparring events, the Detachment proudly graduated 12 new instructors.
