Mission

"MARINE COMBAT TRAINING BATTALION TRAINS ALL ENTRY-LEVEL, NON-INFANTRY MARINES ON THE BASIC INFANTRY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OF A RIFLEMAN IN ORDER TO ENABLE THEM TO EFFECTIVELY PERFORM AS A MEMBER OF A PROVISIONAL RIFLE SQUAD IN A COMBAT ENVIRONMENT."
