This Order establishes the Strategic Prioritization Process (SPP) and the Strategic Prioritization Working Group (SPWG) roles, responsibilities, and tasks to ensure organizational and process-based improvement efforts target and align with strategic performance goals of the Marine Corps Enterprise.
