Joint Task Force Matthew service members continue to respond to the devastating effects of Hurricane Matthew at Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Oct. 15, 2016. JTF Matthew, a U.S. Southern Command-directed team, is comprised of over 400 Marines, soldiers, sailors and airmen, supporting the U.S. Agency for International Development’s disaster relief operations in Haiti during the critical early stages after the island country was struck by Hurricane Matthew.

DJC2 integrates software, hardware and processes to support a shared-information environment consisting of joint, coalition, multinational and nongovernmental agencies, and has proved to be an important communications tool during Operation Sahayogi Haat.
