Food service specialists competed in the annual Chef of the Year cook-off, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Oct. 3, 2019. The competition consisted of each Chef of the Quarter winner or runner-up competing against each other in a cook-off and a series of evaluations including a written test, display/presentation and creativity.
