GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY18 CMC Active Reserve (AR) Career Planner of the Year selection board.
2.  On 7 November 2018, Reserve Affairs convened a selection board to consider nominations for the FY18 AR Career Planner of the Year and Runner up.  The results of the board are as follows:
    a.  AR Career Planner of the Year: Sergeant Marshall A. Kulik, 4th CAG, FHG.
    b.  AR Career Planner of the Year Runner up: Staff Sergeant Kristina M. Perieff, MAG-41, 4th MAW.
3.  IAW ref (d), the AR Career Planner of the Year will be meritoriously promoted.  Amplifying guidance regarding the Commandant of the Marine Corps awards ceremony for the AR Career Planner of the Year will be provided via separate correspondence.
4.  Congratulations to those selected and all nominated Career Planners.  Your outstanding performance in this critical area was commendable, and directly affected retention efforts throughout the Marine Corps in a positive and enduring manner.
