To provide policy and procedures issued by the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC) for the management of non-tactical vehicles (NTV) and other wheeled equipment and rolling stock, hereafter referred to collectively as NTV. This Order provides administrative and technical instructions, policies, and procedures for all personnel involved in the management of procurement, operation, and maintenance of NTVs.
