MARINE CORPS PHOTOS

Task Force Southwest recently graduated a group of NCOs comprised of Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers from a leadership and development course here at Camp Shorab, Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Marines with TFSW had the privilege of attending not only with NCOs from other services, but alongside soldiers from the Afghan National Army's 215th Corps. Corporals course is designed to teach young service members about leadership, morality, ethics and combat. The course also provided NCOs the opportunity to discuss important issues, talk to senior enlisted leaders about their experiences, and grow both personally and professionally. Being able to participate in this course with their ANA counterparts and hear about their experiences provided Marines with an opportunity stateside courses simply do not offer.
