Joseph Torres, the noncommissioned officer in charge of quality assurance with Installation Personnel Administration Center, Marine Forces Reserve, holds a low plank at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, March 29, 2019, during a Total Force Fitness event. The MARFORRES Marines conducted various physical activities, such as tug-of-war, buddy carries, high-intensity suicide drills, medicine ball exercises and the dissemble and assembly of a M4 Service Carbine. The event promoted physical fitness, unit cohesion and esprit de corps.
