U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. David Law sits on the ramp of a KC-130 while flying over the Philippines near Colonel Ernesto Ravina Air Base, during Exercise Balikatan, April 8, 2019.  Balikatan is an annual exercise between the U.S. and the Philippines and comes from a Tagalog phrase meaning "shoulder-to-shoulder," representing the partnership between the two countries. The exercise promotes regional security and humanitarian efforts for U.S. allies and partners. Law is a crewmaster with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152.
