Marines and civilian personnel use a boom to contain a simulated oil spill at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, July 13, 2016. The boom is towed behind the boats and acts as a large net, trapping the oil to be collected by a skimmer boat. The Marines are with the air station fuels section and the civilians are with the Natural Resources Environmental Affairs Office.
