MCB Camp Pendleton received the Fiscal Year 2011 Energy and Water Management Award - Marine Corps Large Shore for its overall energy conservation and efficiency efforts. The ceremony was held at the U.S. Navy Memorial & Naval Heritage Center in Washington, D.C. Pictured from left to right are: The honorable Roger M.
