U.S. Marines with 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, conduct combat rubber raiding craft training on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, July 16, 2019. While operating a CRRC, Marines maneuvered several miles into the ocean and ran drills by embarking and disembarking from the U.S.S. Germantown. Working with their Navy counterparts improves efficiency, interoperability and combat readiness.
