U.S. Marine Cpl. Aaron Petta, a reconnaissance marine with B Company, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, meets a member of the Malaysian Armed Forces’ Royal Malaysian Navy at Blue Beach, Malaysia, on Sept. 30, 2019. The two were exchanging and comparing their personal military experiences with one another. Tiger Strike 19 allows U.S. Marines and Sailors to train side-by-side with our Malaysian partners, increasing combat readiness and improving bilateral coordination so both nations are best able to respond to crisis in the Indo-Pacific.
