This Order updates the Marine Corps Hotline Program and clarifies the roles and responsibilities of the Inspector General of the Marine Corps (IGMC) and the Command Inspectors General (CIG) in order to support the Marine Corps policy to combat fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement (FWA/M) within the Marine Corps.
