Training and Education Command announced updates to approved female hair styles via Marine Administrative Message 615/22. These changes were initially proposed in Uniform Board 220 and authorized for wear today. The Uniform Board is comprised of diverse Marines of various ranks and specialties to provide comprehensive feedback and fleet perspective.

USNCC Surpasses 1,000 Students Enrolled

Colonel Nicole Mann leads NASA spaceflight
Marine Corps Col. Nicole Mann successfully launched into space from Kennedy Space Center today, making history as the Corps’ first woman to lead a National Aeronautics and Space Administration space flight. Mann was the first woman from the Marine Corps to join NASA in 2013 and become a mission commander of SpaceX Crew-5.
