U.S. Marines with 2d Marine Division participate in a Infantry Skills Test during a Division Leaders Assessment Program (DLAP) at Fort Pickett, V.A., March 30, 2021. The program prepares Marine Corps captains with the ability, proficiency and skills of becoming infantry company commanders. This is a pilot iteration to refine the schedule of events, processes and procedures that will be used to evaluate inbound infantry captains for company command.
