A reminder for all eligible Marines to complete their Blended Retirement System training by the deadline of Dec. 31, 2017. Training can be found on https://www.marinenet.usmc.mil/. The new Blended Retirement System goes into effect on January 1, 2018. The target audience for this video is Marines eligible for the Blended Retirement System.

Lewis Burwell "Chesty" Puller is a Marine who fought in Haiti, Nicaragua, WWII and the Korean War. He earned 5 Navy crosses during his almost-four-decade career.

Lt. Gen. Lewis Burwell “Chesty” Puller, the most decorated Marine in American history, was born on this day, June 26, in 1898. Inspired by the Marines of Belleau Wood, Chesty knew from a young age that he would be part of the military. In his lifetime, he demonstrated impeccable leadership and complete devotion to his Marines. He received numerous awards, including five Navy Crosses and a Distinguished Service.
