Corporal Dalton Pridmore, Intelligence Analyst, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, joined the Marine Corps knowing it would help set him up for success in the future. He and his wife, Jamie, exercise together regularly and finds that it strengthens their relationship and helps him deal with stress. Pridmore and his wife are from Moody, Alabama.
