Stepan Stolpi repurposed fittings from an old logistic vehicle system replacement hydraulic manifold to a new one on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, April 23, 2020. Chavarria, a native of Los Angeles, California, is a motor transportation mechanic with Transportation Services Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group.
