U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment (Desert Utility Uniform), and 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment (Woodland Utility Uniform) participate in a force on force exercise that is part of Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) 3-19 at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., May 16, 2019. The purpose of ITX is to create a challenging, realistic training environment that produces combat-ready forces capable of operating as an integrated Marine Air Ground Task Force.
