Members of the 2nd Marine Division from the 2nd Law Enforcement Battalion, 2nd Tank Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment and the 10th Marine Regiment utilized the Deployable Virtual Training Environment (DVTE) at the Simulation Center, April 16-27. Simulation-supported instruction included Call-for-Fire, IED Recognition and Response, and Decision-making skills. The integration of Simulation Systems with Command-and-control assets enabled fire-supporters from 10th Marine Regiment to train in Terminal Air Control utilizing their organic Strike-Link Suites.
