Marines, Sailors, families and members of the local community attended Kids Fest in Beaufort, S.c., April 7. The event as held in recognition of April, the Month of the Military Child and Child Abuse Prevention Month. Throughout this month, the Tri-command and local community recognize the sacrifices of military families and raise awareness to prevent child abuse.
