Marine Food Service Specialists from various units throughout the Reserve Force demonstrate how they support Marines as part of Marine Air Ground Task Force 23 during Integrated Training Exercise 4-18 in Twentynine Palms, Calif., on June 9, 2018. Marines with 3rd Air Delivery Platoon, Landing Support Company, 3rd Transportation Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, conducted a cargo drop from a C-130 May 22, 2018, on Ie Shima, Okinawa, Japan. The Marines conducted air drop operations dropping a type-five platform, door bundles, free fall and static line jumpers, and the Polaris MRZR4-900 onto the island. 3rd MLG Marines worked alongside Marines with 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division and Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152 during the regularly scheduled training evolution to complete their first successful drop of a Polaris MRZR. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 274 participated in a field exercise aboard Marine Corps Outlying Field Camp Davis, N.C., Sept. 22, 2016. Support squadrons across the Marine Corps often conduct these exercises to remain ready for any challenge they may face in forward deployed environments. This exercise featured events such as auxiliary airfield construction, ground security and airfield damage repair. The squadron's capabilities contribute to 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing's role in the Marine Air Ground Task Force's mission accomplishment.

U.S. Marines and the Australian Army execute an aerial assault course during exercise Talisman Sabre 2015 at Bradshaw Training Area, Australia, on July 10. TS 15 is designed to improve U.S. and Australian combat readiness and interoperability.
