U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Tracey Nicholson, the sergeant major for the Center of Naval Aviation Technical Training Cherry Point, reminisces on her experience meeting a Montford Point Marine, and how this experience helped change and shape the way she leads her Marines today.
