Sgt. Nicholas B. Eatherton describes his daily duties as a Marine Corps Community Services Marine aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Dec. 21, 2016. Fewer than 100 enlisted Marines hold the 4133 military occupational specialty, which requires Marines to be a sergeant or above to execute a lateral move and obtain the MOS.
