U.S. Marines and sailors with 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, Marine Rotational Force - Darwin (MRF-D), conclude their time in Australia, Oct. 7, 2016. MRF-D is a six-month deployment of Marines into Darwin, Australia, where they conducted exercises and trained with Australian Defense Forces and regional partners, strengthening the U.S.-Australia alliance.
