Staff Sgt. Jonathan Snow, an electronic ordnance disposal technician with the Naval Service Warfare Center, EOD Technology Division, Marine Corps Detachment, explains why the Remote Fuse Disassembly System is important. The RFDS replaces the Mechanical Remote Fuse Disassembly Kit. It can operate remotely up to five times further than it's predecessor and helps make EOD safer.
