U.S. Marines and Canadian Forces soldiers conduct urban combat training during RIMPAC 2012. More than 120 Canadian Forces soldiers with Company A., 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, conducted Military Operations on Urban Terrain (MOUT) training with U.S. Marines from Company C, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, on the island of Oahu during Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) Exercise 2012. Approximately 2,200 troops from Canada, the United States and 7 other countries make up the Combined Forces Land Component Command, or CFLCC, which conducts numerous amphibious and land-based operations exercises throughout RIMPAC 2012 in order to enhance multinational and joint interoperability. RIMPAC takes place in and around the Hawaiian Islands and is the world's largest naval exercise, involving more than 25,000 personnel from 22 countries. Soundbites include Cpl.
