Marines with Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting and MCAS Miramar first responders participate in a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE) exercise at MCAS Miramar, Calif., May 14. CBRNE exercises are conducted to rehearse response times, justify existing standard operating procedures, fulfill annual training requirements and validate the effectiveness of MCAS Miramar emergency services.
