An instructional video depicting the proper procedures to sign up with AtHoc Enterprise Mass Notification and Warning System on a Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) system. AtHoc is the Marine Corps mass communication system which provides registered users emergency notification alerts through their MCEN workstation, email, phone calls, text messaging and the AtHoc cellphone application.
