Gunnery Sergeant Dorian Gardner is competing in the 2018 DoD Warrior Games. Gardner is competing in track and field as well as swimming and will be continuing on to the Invictus Games being hosted in Sydney, Australia in October 2018.

During the 2021 Warrior Care Week, the Warrior Care Program hosts a variety of activities in San Antonio, Texas at the Mission Concepcion Sports Complex for wounded, ill and injured service members to include, adaptive sports introductions, team sport practices, a healing arts expo, and transition events.
