The new system will allow Marines to visually compare their scores to their peers in the same Military occupation giving them more control of their promotions. U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Eddie Martinez talks about why he is choosing to stay in the Marine Corps. 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing is actively seeking to retain the highly qualified Marines in order to build and maintain the Corps’ enlisted career force. Martinez is an aircraft electronic communication/navigation/ cryptographic/countermeasures system technicians with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 14 (MALS-14).
