Karla Morales, food service specialist with Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations West, Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, along with other food service specialists from various units learn from World Chef Henrique de Souza, chef instructor, Sodexo, at the Las Pulgas Mess Hall, MCB Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 3, 2018. Souza is a culinary chef from Brazil, who as a part of the Sodexo Global Chef Program, is undergoing a month-long chef residency to bring the "flavors" of Brazil to the United States of America.
