Benning Potoa'e, a defensive end for the Lakes High School Lancers varsity football team and 18-year-old native of DuPont, Washington was recently selected for the 2015 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl and received his jersey from Seattle-area Marines at Lakes High School in Lakewood, Washington Dec. 16, 2014. Potoa'e is among approximately 100 student athletes from across the nation selected to participate in the game at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif., Jan. 4, 2015. He joins Marysville-Pilchuck High School's Austin Joyner and West Valley High School's Shane Lemieux as the 2015 selectees from Washington State. Also available in high definition. The Actions Sports Association (ASA) High School Tour is a high-energy action sports circuit that visits cities across the United States. The tour supports the Anti-Defamation League's No Place for Hate Camaign and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids by bringing in five of the world's top professional skateboarders, inline skaters and BMX riders to perform on a state-of-the-art half pipe, while an emcee delivers an educational message in a fun, positive and interactive fashion. Due to the generosity of the U.S. Marine Corps and friends of both the Anti-Defamation League and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, the ASA High School Tour is able to bring the powerful bullying prevention and anti-tobacco message to high schools across the country at no cost to the schools.
