This Marine Corps instructional video is about the Mobile Laser Alignment System (MLAS) which can align any single or multi-axle wheeled tactical vehicle. The MLAS consists of the tools needed to complete a vehicle alignment and ensure a long-lasting wear of tire tread. This video covers the MLAS components, how to set-up the system, how to align the wheel clamps, how to calibrate the laser system, and how to adjust the wheel in order to achieve a perfectly aligned vehicle. U.S. Marines with Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) conduct close air support drills during Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 1-19 at Chocolate Mountain Aerial Gunnery Range, California, Sept. 14, 2018. WTI is a seven-week training event hosted by MAWTS-1 cadre which emphasizes operational integration of the six functions of Marine Corps aviation in support of a Marine air-ground task force. WTI also provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
