U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Richard Webb, a Florida native and a KC-130J Hercules pilot with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 252, talks about Emerald Warrior 23 FTX at Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, May 8, 2023. VMGR‐252 participated in the 16th Annual Emerald Warrior FTX, a field‐training exercise designed to prepare special operations forces, conventional force enablers, international partner forces and interagency elements to integrate in a complex and evolving security environment.
