Marines with 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, along with Japanese and Thai soldiers, conducted a non-combatant Evacuation Operation during exercise Cobra Gold 15, Feb. 15, 2015. A NEO is an operation to evacuate civilians from another country, generally do to a natural disaster. Includes sound bites from Capt.
