Alfonso Ramos Jr., Sergeant Major, Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3, discuss the new Bachelor’s Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), Bldg. 7251, during the Untying Maile Lei ceremony, MCBH, Jan. 24, 2020. The BEQ provides Marines with berthing that fully incorporates industry advancements since the Second World War, and looks toward meeting the 38th Commandant’s Planning Guidance and the Defense Policy Review Initiative. Guests in attendance included Col. Stephen Lightfoot; Mr. Carlos Santa, Community Liaison (Sen. Hirono); Mr. Brandon Garay, Military Liaison (Rep.
