U.S. Marines with Koa Moana 15.3 train the Vanuatu Police Force (VPF) and the Vanuatu Mobile Force (VMF) in Luganville, Vanuatu, Nov. 07, 2015. The training focused on building relations with the VPF and VMF and teaching riot control tactics, crime scene handling, and building and vehicle searches.
