Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians with Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point had the opportunity to share techniques with the Carteret County Special Response Team (SRT) on how to identify military grade ordinance, explosives and improvised charges during a joint training event at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, June 9, 2021. Cherry Point EOD partners with local law enforcement to provide assistance with any EOD related situation, strengthening the ties between MCAS Cherry Point and the local communities.
