Marine Corps Installations West conducted the annual Semper Durus exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 26, 2018. Semper Durus exercises regional command and control during crisis situations to improve response procedures and limit impact while responding to possible terrorist activity.
