The 26th MEU is supporting the Commemoration of the Battle of New Orleans. Starting this April and continuing through 2015, the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard will commemorate the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the Star Spangled Banner.
