Spouses and family members of Marines and sailors serving with 3rd Assault Amphibian Battalion experienced a day of Marine Corps training during the battalion’s Jane Wayne Day here, March 15, 2013. Family members participated in Marine Corps Martial Arts Program training, received instruction on several Marine Corps weapon systems, and rode on amphibious assault vehicles. Thousands gathered in eastern North Carolina May 4-6 for the 2012 Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Air Show.
